Description
A simple image made to capture the essence of why it it also known as a wind or spider flower. It is also intended to resemble botanical illustrations from a garden book I received as a gift. The images are over 300yrs old. Aquilegia (Columbine) is a genus of about 60-70 species of perennial plants that are found in meadows, woodlands, and at higher altitudes throughout the Northern Hemisphere, known for the spurred petals of their flowers.
